So – what are your skills?  Duties and responsibilitiesOwn the technical scope for key system areAs, including ICT infrAstructure, networking, voice communication, and infotainment solutions Lead the development, improvement, and lifecycle management of products and supporting delivery tools Act As a subject matter expert within your areAs of responsibility Drive or contribute to tAsk groups, product initiatives, and project deliveries Lead hands-on testing, validation, and development activities Contribute to knowledge sharing and competence development across the organization Some travel should be expected, both domestically and internationally QualificationsDegree from College/University or Vocational School within it, Telecom, or related fields Relevant experience may compensate for formal education Strong English skills, both spoken and written, As a minimum Preferably 5+ years of experience within development and/or delivery of ICT and/or security systems and solutions Experience from the maritime industry is an advantage VARD works systematically for inclusion and diversity and encourage everyone to apply, even if your competence does not match 100% the above.  This employment may require a background check, or security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority.
