Lead growth, customer value and commercial performance across our Norwegian business

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to take responsibility for Euronext Corporate Solutions in Norway, with Admincontrol at the heart of the role.  This is a broad country leadership role with ownership of strategy, revenue, customer retention and expansion, organisational development and operational performance. You will translate group priorities into focused local execution and build a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.    The opportunity  As Country Manager, you will set the direction for the Norwegian business and own the full commercial agenda. You will lead the local organisation, strengthen relationships with customers and market stakeholders, and ensure that Euronext Corporate Solutions, with Admincontrol at the core, will continue to grow sustainably and profitably.    What you will do  Define and execute the Norwegian market strategy in line with group objectives.  Own annual business plans, revenue targets, budget and growth initiatives.  Drive sustainable, profitable growth across Euronext Corporate Solutions and Admincontrol.  Take ownership of the full revenue equation, including new ARR, expansion ARR, cross-sell, upsell, retention and churn reduction.  Build scalable growth strategies for both existing and new customer segments.  Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial organisation.  Represent Euronext Corporate Solutions and Admincontrol in Norway and build strong relationships with key customers, industry leaders and other stakeholders.  Develop partnerships that support growth and market penetration.  Turn customer, market and competitor insight into clear input for Product, Marketing and Executive Leadership.  Manage the business through clear commercial and operational metrics while ensuring sound governance and regulatory compliance.  Attract, develop and retain strong talent and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.  What you bring  You combine strategic perspective with commercial discipline and hands-on leadership. You understand recurring-revenue businesses and know how to turn market insight into priorities, execution and measurable results.  A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, technology or a related field.  Relevant experience, including leadership within SaaS, technology, software or another subscription-based business.  A strong track record of P&L ownership and sustained revenue growth.  Broad experience across sales, customer success, account management and commercial leadership.  Demonstrated ability to scale teams and develop high-performing organisations.  Experience working effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional organisation.  Executive presence, sound judgement and strong stakeholder management skills.  Excellent communication, analytical, strategic and leadership capabilities.  Fluent language skills in both English and Norwegian  Working with us  At Euronext, innovation starts with people who ask what comes next.
