Roofers (Bitumen/PVC) - Bergen - Career Opportunities Skuteviken Personell as is seeking skilled roofers for flat roof projects in Bergen and the surrounding area. Our customers range from smaller contractors to large nationwide companies. For the right candidates, there are good opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop into senior roles within the company. Typical work tasks include: Installation and repair of flat roofs using bitumen and/or PVC Torch-down roofing work (experience preferred) Working according to technical drawings and building instructions Ensuring HSE compliance and high-quality standards We offer: Competitive salary: NOK 285-315 per hour (depending on experience) Permanent full-time employment Possibility of rotation work Career development opportunities for the right candidates Coverage of daily travel costs (if more than 7.5 km from home to workplace) Free professional tools and work clothes Housing in company apartments if needed Supportive and service-oriented administration Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience with bitumen/asphalt and/or PVC roofing Ability to follow and understand building instructions and methods Preferred qualifications: Torch-down roofing experience Hot work certificate (can also be obtained before starting) English or Scandinavian language skills (professional competence is most important) Personal qualities: High work ethic Reliable and punctual Solution-oriented Interested?
