Troubleshoot server faults using BMC logs, diagnostic tools and Linux commands, and replace failed parts (memory, CPUs, disks, power supplies, boards, GPUs). Handle repair tickets on site following the client's procedures, with accurate timestamps and repair descriptions. Own incidents during your shift: coordinate with the data center operator and technical support, and escalate when needed. Use batch tools for firmware updates and server configuration across multiple machines. Manage on-site spare parts stock and maintain accurate inventory records. Write shift handover and duty reports, and follow all data center safety and ESD rules. Manage on-site asset inventory tracking, stock movements and defective component returns (RMA). Perform physical hardware replacement and cabling checks on server infrastructure, including GPU servers, optical transceivers and high-density cabling. Vi tilbyr What We Offer Full training and manufacturer certification on enterprise server products. A permanent position at a modern, large-scale data center with advanced AI infrastructure. Competitive salary plus shift allowances. The opportunity to work with enterprise servers, GPU systems and modern data center technologies.
