New opportunity in the Ålesund area, Norway 🇳🇴DB Partner is looking for skilled and experienced salmon filleters and trimmers for our new client, Mathias Salmon AS, at their modern salmon processing facility on Ellingsøy. If you know salmon, can work with speed and precision, and take pride in delivering a clean, high-quality fillet – we want to hear from you. 📍 Workplace: Ellingsøy / ÅlesundThe factory is located on Ellingsøy, just outside Ålesund, making it possible to live in the Ålesund area and commute to work. You will be joining a modern salmon production environment with strong focus on quality, efficiency, food safety and teamwork. 🔪 We are looking for:SALMON FILLETERS Experience with manual filleting of salmon Good knife skills Ability to work accurately while maintaining good production speed Understanding of yield and quality requirements SALMON TRIMMERS Previous experience trimming salmon fillets Ability to identify and remove bones, fat and defects according to specifications Good knife handling and attention to detail Ability to maintain both quality and speed throughout the shift Previous experience from salmon or fish processing is strongly preferred. 👷 What we expect from youYou are reliable, motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced seafood production environment. You understand that every gram matters – quality, yield and efficiency go together.
