Hva vi ser etter Qualifications: Masters or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering Long experience, 7 to 12 years, within offshore related projects Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, chemical injection skids, and other multidisciplinary packaged systems. Strong understanding of static equipment, including design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Good knowledge of applicable industry standards, regulations, and engineering best practices. Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments and collaborate with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across disciplines and organizational levels. Ability to contribute proactively to technical discussions, problem-solving activities, and project execution to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality deliverables. Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on cooperation, knowledge sharing, and achieving common project goals. Required Certificates: Offshore sertifikat og helseattest Arbeidsoppgaver Contract period: 16.11.2026 - 29.12.2028 Location: Stavanger Main tasks: Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) is the technical lead for specific equipment packages in large projects. They ensure that design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery of equipment (like compressors, pumps, turbines, pressure vessels, or cranes) meet project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations Prepare and perform bid clarification meeting (BCM) and kick off meeting if necessary. Create package follow up together with package buyer and MC engineer. Create and follow up package distribution matrix for supplier documentation and send the matrix to Document Control. Take responsibility forfollow-up work for the procurement package. Follow up and make sure Final Documentation for the scope of work is delivered at agreed date.
