Petrolink Support is looking for two experienced Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineers to strengthen our client's project deliveries within Construction & Commissioning (C&C). The role is key to ensuring structured and efficient preparation, execution and handover of completion activities in current projects.
Contract location: Lysaker, Oslo
TasksTypical work tasks will be
• Ensure correct use of work processes and work tools
• Support training of relevant personnel in the use of the C&C Digital Toolbox
• Support implementation of a standardized coding structure and system breakdown in ProCoSys
• Support facilitating interfaces between ProCoSys and internal and external systems
• Ensure good alignment between engineering, MC, commissioning and handover to operations
• Contribute to clear and early handling of remaining scope and Carry Over Work (COW) Discipline and systems Establish MC and commissioning structure (system boundaries, packages, scope and workflow)
• Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and workflows
• Ensure that LCI requirements are met in collaboration with the LCI lead
• Quality assures readiness certificates (RFSC, RFCC, RFOC) Collaboration and follow-up
• Provide strong professional competence within CPR/MC/Commissioning in the project
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors
• Support and guide the project team in the use of ProCoSys and Company’s work processes
• Contribute to evaluation of contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion
QualificationsWe are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:
• Relevant technical education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles
• Documented experience with ProCoSys
• Experience from both engineering and execution phases is an advantage
• Subsea experience is desirable, but not a requirement (depending on the project)
• Structured and analytical, with a strong holistic understanding
• Confident and comfortable providing professional advice
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex interfaces
• A driver for quality, maturity and continuous improvement
• Fluency in written and spoken English language is required.
• Experience from Norwegian oil & gas industry.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
