Technical Sales / Business Development

STALKONE is looking for a Technical Sales / Business Development professional to develop sales and actively acquire new customers in the Norwegian market. The role involves regular customer meetings across Norway and is intended for a candidate already based in Norway. Hva vi ser etter experience in technical sales, business development or industrial services sales, knowledge of the Norwegian industrial, offshore, onshore or maritime market, basic technical understanding of steel structures, manufacturing or machining, ability to independently acquire customers and conduct technical-commercial discussions, current residence in Norway, Polish and English language skills, Category B driving licence, access to a car and availability for customer meetings. Preferred qualifications an existing business network in Norway, experience in subcontracting services or industrial staffing, technical experience in steel structures, welding, mechanical engineering or CNC machining, experience with RFQs, tenders and contract negotiations, Norwegian language skills. Arbeidsoppgaver identify and acquire new customers, projects and RFQs, develop business relationships in offshore, onshore, maritime and industrial sectors, maintain direct contact with purchasing, project, production and technical departments, identify customer needs and present STALKONE's technical and production capabilities, support quotation preparation and commercial negotiations, monitor upcoming projects, investments, maintenance activities and shutdowns, meet customers across Norway, manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to contract award Vi tilbyr a key commercial role in the Norwegian industrial and offshore market, cooperation with an experienced technical and production organisation, a broad portfolio of manufacturing, subcontracting and personnel services, significant independence in developing customer relationships and sales opportunities, direct influence on the development of STALKONE's activities in Norway
