Construction Worker – Data Centre Projects

A data centre is a large building full of servers that run the internet, the cloud and the apps we all use every day. We are looking for construction workers who want to be part of building them. What you will doInstall and assemble building parts, such as ceilings, sandwich panels and flashing Do finishing works and prepare the site Follow drawings and instructions from your supervisor Help other trades and subcontractors on site Move materials, load and unload deliveries Keep the work area clean, tidy and safe Take part in toolbox talks (short safety meetings) and safety training Who you areExperience from construction or fit-out projects. Data centre or technical projects are a plus. You can read simple construction drawings You know how to use tools safely and how to work with PPE (personal protective equipment such as a helmet, safety shoes and gloves) Good English, spoken and written Driving licence class B Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Flexible and mobile: willing to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad Reliable, on time and safety-minded Happy to learn and to take direction New to data centres? No problem. If you have solid construction experience, we will teach you the rest. What we offer3:1 rotation (3 weeks on, 1 week off) with flights, accommodation and meals covered We help you get your HMS card (the Norwegian ID card for everyone working on a construction site) if you do not have one Stable work on large, modern projects A safe workplace with fair terms and a written employment contract Part of CTS Group, a large international construction group You report to: Site Supervisor / Site Manager Locations: Narvik, Kristiansand and Fyresdal, Norway
