We are seeking skilled and committed ventilation installers for long-term projects with recognized local and national companies. The work involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ventilation systems in both new and existing buildings. The role is suited to a person who works independently, in a structured and efficient manner, and who values quality in every stage of the work. A valid Class B driving license is an advantage. Experience from construction projects in Scandinavia is also an advantage. The position requires the ability to communicate in English or Norwegian. Candidates should have a trade certificate as a ventilation and sheet metal worker, or approximately five years of experience as a ventilation installer. The assignment includes practical installation work, cooperation with other trades, and responsibility for maintaining professional standards on site. Benefits: All necessary safety courses are provided before work begins. Long-term projects are available with recognized local and national companies. Assistance with accommodation is provided for the assignment. Salary is paid every 14 days according to the agreed terms. Travel allowance is provided for distances over 7.5 kilometers. Possibility for frequent travel may be part of the work arrangement. Work clothes are provided for use during the assignment. Assistance with the necessary official formalities is included. What You Will Do? Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilation systems in new and existing buildings. Perform ventilation assembly work according to project requirements and technical specifications. Carry out routine checks to ensure systems operate correctly and efficiently. Work independently, in a structured manner, and with attention to quality standards. Cooperate with other trades and project personnel on site as needed. Follow safety procedures and use provided protective measures and work clothing correctly. Trade certificate as a ventilation and sheet metal worker is preferred for this position. Approximately five years of experience as a ventilation installer is also acceptable. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in an organized manner is required. Strong focus on quality and solution-oriented work practices is necessary. Ability to communicate in English or Norwegian is required for the role. Valid Class B driving license is an advantage for work-related travel. Experience from construction projects in Scandinavia is an advantage for this assignment. Interested?
